This nationally recognised first aid training course covers a broad range of topics to enable participants to respond to first aid situations and manage patient care until an ambulance or other medical support arrives.
Your Provide First Aid course is comprised of two components:
Upon enrolment into this course you are required to complete the mandatory theory learning and assessment (this is done online in your own time). You will receive two (2) emails from our e-Learning system that provide you with your login details and link for the e-Learning component of this course.
You will need to allow up to 4 hours to complete your e-Learning course and you must reach 100% competence in the online assessment to be eligible to attend the face-to-face training.
NOTE: Once you have achieved a competent result in your e-Learning course you will be provided with a completion certificate. To be permitted entry into the face-to-face component of this course you must print and present your completion certificate. You cannot enter the face-to-face component of this course without achieving 100% competence for the e-Learning course.
If you attend your face-to-face component without your completion certificate you cannot enter the training and your course fee will be forfeited. If you wish to attend an alternative face-to-face date a re-booking fee will apply.
