The aim of ‘Chain of Responsibility’ is to make sure everyone in the supply chain shares responsibility for ensuring breaches of the Heavy Vehicle National Law do not occur.

Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation extends the general liability for offences to all parties who are part of the supply chain such as retailers, importers, exporters, dispatch staff, packers and pickers, loader and drivers, schedulers, managers, directors—in fact anyone involved in road transport at any stage. This course encourages you and your employer to be aware of what you may be accountable for should there be any workplace incident.

Course Duration/Schedule

The learning material for this course is 100% online so you may go at your own pace.  The typical duration is 6 hours, plus the time required to complete your workplace project.  How long the program takes to complete is up to you, and you have a 12 month enrolment period. At 12 months, your enrolment will automatically expire, and you will have the option to extend your enrolment (fees apply).
